Return, Refund or Exchange Policies:

We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 10 days of purchase and in the same condition, of course for a full refund, credit, or exchange. We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by incorrect packaging on the return so please use insured mail and pack securely. Buyer is responsible for all shipping return costs. Items in excess of $200 may require a delivery signature. Contact us via email to initiate the return process.

 

Shipping
All orders in the US ship primarily by either USPS Priority Mail. We generally ship no later than the next business day unless we are away diving and do everything possible to get your item to you as soon as we can. Please verify your name, address, and phone number for all orders so we can get in touch with you in case there are any questions. We will always contact you through email provided if there will be any delays.
